The archery world flocked to Nevada this past weekend for the 2025 edition of the world-famous Las Vegas Shoot.
Easton shooters made an impressive sweep in the Open Championship and recurve categories (men’s and women’s), securing 12 out of 15 key podium spots.
Notable achievements include: Bodie Turner as the Men’s Open Champion, Casey Kaufhold as the Women’s Recurve Champion, and Brady Ellison as the Men’s Recurve Champion. Ellison celebrated his 11th championship win, becoming the most successful Vegas Shoot archer of all time!
Las Vegas, Nevada—Bodie Turner claimed his second Vegas Shoot Championship title in a dramatic, unprecedented 16-end shootdown, solidifying his place in archery history. Competing against a field of 30 of the world’s best compound archers, Turner relied on the Easton Superdrive 27 to clinch victory on the sport’s biggest stage.
The Championship Compound Open final at the 58th Vegas Shoot was a record-setting, 16-end battle of endurance and precision, culminating in the first-ever implementation of the ‘inside-out’ scoring rule to determine a winner. Turner’s unwavering accuracy under extreme pressure allowed him to outlast France’s Nicolas Girard and Canada’s Christopher Perkins—both of whom were using Easton X27 arrows—to take the top spot on the podium.
Turner’s win cements Easton’s dominance in the sport, with every podium finisher trusting Easton’s industry-leading indoor arrows to perform at the highest level. The Superdrive 27 and X27 continue to set the standard for precision, making them the ultimate choice for serious indoor competitors.
Congratulations to all archers who competed this year, and thank you for trusting Easton Indoor Target Arrows in your quiver!
